You know that I respect your opinion, however, we should agree to disagree on litigation. The strength of Patents has sh!t to do with kicking someone out of your sandbox. Amarin did the right thing by suing Omthera.

Suing for NCE is peanuts! Amarin asked for a Federal Judgement to rule on the FDA creating a new policy and ignoring prior rulings, the cost is nothing more than Joe's salary.

The FDA pulled some dirty shit hiring an associate of the law firm representing Amarin at the 6-2012 OB meeting. They can't cover that up it's all on the net...and hard copied to multiple computers;)

If the first Judge rules against Amarin, I'm personally gonna give him a Professional Conflict Colonoscopy.
