This is the latest mention of a time frame that I can dig up.

Mark Cola, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sigma Labs, stated in the company’s press release dated December 26, 2013, “This important delivery is the result of our determined commercialization efforts as we transition to production during 2014. We expect additional PrintRite3D business from this customer as well as with a variety of major aerospace companies over the near term. We look forward to helping all our customers achieve their critical quality control goals for 3D metal printed parts.”

This statement and the recent job postings on LinkedIn lead me to believe that they are serious about prepping for sales in the near-mid term.
