Check This OUT...I was just on otcmarkets to check things out. Not sure if anyone else has reported this but it looks like on March 10, 2014 they filed to register about 29 million shares of common stock. Then on March 12, 2014, they post filed to de-register those shares. It seems to me those 29 million shares will not dilute us.
