I am totally amazed that EPGL would make this kind of effort to help an individual. I'm sure that they (EPGL) have an awful lot of things going on right now taking up all of their time and yet they make this kind of effort,,,,,

I'm fortunate enough to never have had back problems but I do wish the best for those who are in pain.
