I think most start up companies would have ignored your request to begin with. It's not like they are working retail, but treating individuals is retail. Maybe all of us who have back problems should ask and then be disappointed when there is a delay. The fact that they respond to an individual request says much more to me than the fact that you are disappointed. I think they are making a mistake to let an "investor" that they don't even know evaluate their product. That is pretty risky. But I do hope your back gets better; I know how that feels. Good luck.
