I would guess the float is close to the O/S to be honest. 1.1 billion Maybe 900 million or so....Just a guess. Overall, not a terrible share structure, but the constant dilution is the issue.

Based on the December 19 2013 PR, this still has at least $500K of convertible notes....That is a lot of shares to be converted.
