Ten trading days left to put this bear to bed. What do you think the chances are that there will be more delays. Honestly, how long can it take to hash this out ? Wouldnt that really suck if at the end of this nothing comes of it. That would be the icing on the cake for this company.

Lets say this deal is a flop....where the hell are we going to get the funds so we can become operational once again ?
