I enjoy the enthusiasm on the board, but where in the posting on otcmarkets.com did you see that it was for arcinc.com? I did a lot of DD myself and found a few Possible companies that could fit the bill for this company, but until further clarification is made by Chris Winter or Neil Treitman, we're still in a holding pattern to get the exact match and exact explanation & understanding.
Here is the quote from the Annual report:

The Company has entered into negotiations to acquire the outstanding stock of Architectural, Inc.

If you do a search on any search engine of your choosing, you will find that there is no real specific, pin point, definitive match for Architectural, Inc. If you have irrefutable data that can prove my theory wrong, then by all means, come forth with it! I make decisions based on solid data that can stand on it's own.
