Share Exchange Agreement

On November 18, 2013, the Company entered into a Share Exchange and Acquisition Agreement with Care Development Group, Inc. (“ Care”) and its shareholders. Pursuant to the Share Exchange and
Acquisition Agreement (“the Agreement”), the Company has agreed to issue 21,800,000 shares of its restricted common stock for 100% of the issued and outstanding common stock of Care. The shares
were to be exchanged on a one for one basis. The effect of the acquisition conveys all of the outstanding stock of Care to IHA, making IHA the sole owing entity of the outstanding common shares of
Care.

Potential Acquisition
The Company has entered into negotiations to acquire the outstanding stock of Architectural, Inc.On March 10, 2014, IHA is scheduled to enter into a Share Exchange Agreement and Acquisition Agreement
with Architectural, Inc. and its shareholders to exchange 5,000,000 shares of IHA restricted common
stock for 100% of the issued and outstanding stock of Architectural, Inc. The shares are to be exchanged
on a one for one basis. The effect of the acquisition makes IHA the sole owning entity of Architectural,Inc
