The 10k will be old news when it comes out for the partnership with Schott drastically changes things for 3Dicon and will build upon itself putting 3Dicon into a much better position financially as their plan is executed.Accually you never mentioned the most important thing for 3Dicon ,perhaps your not an investment banker ,neither am i,but did you realize that the market cap was at 74 million a while back and what options are open up in the realm of financing for a company such as 3Dicon who needs capital to move forward.Well theDTC chill hurt the market cap and sent it to low so what did 3dicon do? they had to use the toxic type investors to keep things going which in turn crushed the market cap even more.Well low and behold ,they are payed off which with good news of the companies progress and partnership did you notice the market cap moving up. Does anyone understand the significance and importance of a much higher market cap for 3dicon? 3Dicon needs a much higher market cap and i hope they get it for that is of great importance to any company who wishes to move forward and be attractive when seeking good financing when you have no revenue.But i believe a higher market cap is attainable and revenue is on the horizon and the Schott partnership just made 3dicon a much much stronger company . Schott is a very strong company who wants 3dicons C-Space to be successful, very successful and i don't think it has any choice now but to be just that ,YOU SEE ITS NOT JUST ABOUT WHAT 3DICON CAN DO ANYMORE ,ITS ABOUT WHAT SCHOTT CAN DO FROM HERE AS WELL…GAME CHANGER!!!
