Maybe I'm wrong people do dewmdom, but on my scottrade acct. it says demar has 1billion shares even, outstanding and active. And x that by the .013 price, makes DEWM a 13million valuation co., so far. As the price fluctuates up/down, the market cap. Adjusts accordingly. So by that valuation, if DEWM were 1.00 a share, it would have a 1 billion market cap.
