Was there an 8K filed at the time?

Have you ever tried doing something and couldn't get it right the first time? Second time? Maybe even a third time? Maybe you have. Most people have. I know I have. Maybe this time they found a suitable partner/licensee that can get them off the ground. You know, when Jan Koum (co-founder of What's App) applied for a job at Facebook he was turned down. He applied at other places and was turned down as well. So he stuck it out and continued working on his little side project that he later sold to Facebook for $19 billion.

Moral of the story: IF AT FIRST YOU DON'T SUCCEED...
