Feb. 10, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolutionary Concepts, Inc. (OTCBB:REVO) (www.revolutionaryconceptsinc.com) announces it is in the final stages of negotiations for a joint development agreement utilizing the EyeTalk Medical application.
"The development and testing period is scheduled to take 18-24 months from the signing of the agreement.
