I have wondered this as well. I believe the company had some prospects in the past couple years that were supposed to bring in some revenue but didn't, such as deals with other companies. On the bright side, however, I don't think (and I'm sure Krysti will correct me if I'm wrong), anything has been stated in the past that has been of such substantial benefit to shareholders and company value, however, as projecting to bring in $8 to $12 million plus $900,000 up front for a definitive, worldwide licensing agreement that has already been signed with a licensee. I do believe this has happened and that the company really can't go back on this word. Worst case scenario: they don't meet their projected revenues but the deal is still on!
