AMRN Sheff suing maybe the correct path legally, but the prudent one business wise? They used to say never fight the newspaper since they have the barrels of ink, this smells of suing the hand that feeds you in AMRN's case.

Ref suing the FDA - man I wonder if that is going to work at all in their favor on future decisions are they perhaps winning a battle and losing a war? I no about "it's supposed to be an impartial partial body", however it is comprised of humans. In Sales you NEVER sue a customer, at least not one from whom you immediately wish to get orders from. Imho this just seems contrary to AMRN's future prospects.

I would think it would make investors a tad leery. If AMRN wins or loses it will still have to confront some of the same folks who AMRN sued indirectly in the future for approvals (I assume anyway).

Imho a verrrrrrrrrry tough call, unless AMRN replaces some of its top management in the very near future as kind of a gesture of "oh gee don't take it out on us please we have corrected that situation and it will not happen again" and makes it very clear to the FDA they have done it.

Maybe I am way off base, just my cursory opinion. Sheff any thoughts?
