Thanks for your level-headed response Doc. I believe that we ALL have skin in this game, or why else would we even be reading this board? There is absolutely nothing any of us can do at this point other than to put our faith in management and hope they are successful. Patience has to be the key word here. If the company is waiting for comments from the SEC, which they need before they can move forward, then why assume something else is going on and that we're being misled? I expect the SEC has a timeframe in which they should respond with their comments and we certainly can't rush the process because we're impatient.

Each of my accounts holding this stock already shows "zeros" for value, so if we can hopefully get relisted at least we'll be back in the game. What are these potential S1 shares and what impact would they have on diluting our current shares? Anybody have any ideas about this?
