I spoke with Harry the day before yesterday. They r waiting for the SEC comments. Will file the form 15c once the filing work is done.

Their financial situation will improve once the trading starts and they can capitalize by issuing S1 shares for money.

Let's keep this civil. We all are worried and rightly so. We have nothing so far... Just dreams!
No need to claw at each other. We all have skin in the game....
Including the company.
