He didn't announce it, a guy on twitter with 11k followers has been buying when Tim's shorting and they've been battling to see who wins. VEND makes vending machines, old tech with well established co's already. The value of this company is still outrageous. Eventually Tim will win, but he may not have the patience to wait much longer. Looking at how the past crashes have ended this thing tends to go sideways in a small range before the next drop.

VEND has become a scalpers paradise.
