Floppypants... Read the press release from Tuesday morning again. It explicitly says that the company is fronting doc greens 175k at this time to be credited towards whatever the final amount for closing is. This is how misinformation is spread. Clearly the Million dollar institutional investor makes it obvious that the closing amount is many multiples of 175,000 in cash.
