Italian Oven was a moderately sized franchise at one time and when they became insolvent, this ownership (or the previous one now),stepped in and paid several million I'm sure for the share structure consisting of the preferred and the common. They have sought to add value to their company over the years since by spending out of pocket as needed in an attempt to grow the company and the value of the preferred control shares. They were very conservative in their spending and had some securities that were worth over 100 thousand which they,I presume also gradually liquidated in their attempt to grow the company, but they have steadfastly refused to harm the common shareholders with dilution.
