yes... 1st business day after the payment date, not the record date... I understand that... I was trying to verify that the ex-divy date is NOT 2 days before the record date because of the 25% rule... was looking for confirmation...

I don't plan on selling anyway... don't have much BMSN... actually have more ENT*.... but will still make a pretty penny (or should I say pennies!?)
