Ya... This is the problem... Clouds of smoke...I believe you should all read the 10k...not too much positive you can pull from it... Just promises and fluff IMO...

Want to know why the stock will never move higher and will get chopped in half or more IMO??? Taken from the 10 k... They even spelled liquidity wrong...rotf!!!

We have been advised by the Depository Trust Company that it has placed a “ chill ” on the electronic holding and trading of our common shares, which will result in increased difficulty in depositing our common stock for trading and in the actual trading of our common shares, which will have to be cleared manually as a result of the chill. While we are working with legal counsel to remove this chill, there is no assurance if we will be able to do so, and no estimate if and when the chill might be removed.Ya...
