Also download that Malwarebytes program he was talking about, it's a GREAT antimalware for Viruses...Free, just use it for a backup.
If you don't have it, download CCleaner, Free...automatically cleans all temp. Files in startup, including Cashe.
While I'm at it, the best uninstaler program if you want to get rid of some junk on your computer, Is REVO uninstaller...after it deletes the main program, it searches the whole machine for left-over bits and pieces, and deletes all of them...one time, an old program that I deleted had over 4000 left-over bits on it.
