The reason these shares aren't flying off the shelves is the fact that there are two camps and two opinions as to the divi payout. I own my shares and added more already, but from what I have read, there are some out there concerned that the divi will not happen and those that think it's a no-brainer and that is why I believe the PPS is not moving upward very quickly. The PR clearly stated the divi date when you need to have shares on the books, but it also states if/when approved by the SEC and FINRA. So ya see, some think it won't happen because of that statement. All in my humble opinion, but I believe it's a matter of time.
