Regarding Mr. Casavant....
« Thread Started on Today at 2:00pm »

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have never seen anyone provide a detailed discussion regarding what happened to Mr. Casavant in Summer 2004 and the condition of his health over the past couple of years. So here goes and everyone can take it from there.

I will premise this by saying that I don't think Urban's health condition is serious but I don't think it is fantastic either. I would imagine the stress over the past few years has been very hard on him both physically and mentally.

Many of you have asked why he hasn't and when Mr. Casavant is going to step forward and say something to shareholders. I don't expect this to occur per the *K in October.

Here is the link to the October 24/05 8k release...

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1092299/000107704805000578/cmkm_entourage-102105.htm

It states:

"Mr. Urban Casavant will remain as the sole officer and director of CMKM until the affairs of CMKM are wound up. As a result of health concerns, Mr. Casavant intends to resign as the sole officer and director effective immediately upon a determination that all shares and other assets of CMKM have been properly disbursed to its stockholders."

THIS THREAD IS NOT ABOUT THE SECOND PART OF THAT SENTENCE REGARDING THE SHARES AND OTHER ASSETS. THIS THREAD IS ABOUT URBAN'S HEALTH. THANKS AND MODS PLEASE MONITOR COMMENTS AS SUCH.

You will recall Mr. Casavant had a STROKE in the Summer of 2004. Have any of you ever wondered why Mr. Casavant pleaded the 5th at the Hearing? Well it is well known that stroke victims often suffer memory loss to varying degrees. Here is a link on this and there is considerably more available online on the subject for those who wish to delve into it further:

Now I don't know whether Mr. Casavant has suffered memory loss. But, I have become very good friends with someone who has known Mr. Casavant for over 20 yrs and this person had a stroke himself several years ago. It drastically effected his ability to remember past events and through our chats about Mr. Casavant back in the Petro Plus days and before, this person has actually remembered some things and he has been thrilled that some of this stuff has come back to him. This person has not had the opportunity to speak to Mr. Casavant personally for quite some time, so he has only reflected his own stroke experience and how it could have effected Mr. Casavant.

If this did happen to Mr. Casavant could certain things have taken place within the corporate operation of CMKX that he can't remember? Is it possible that while Mr. Casavant was incapacitated during Summer/2004 that others took advantage of his condition? Very possible, IMO when I have reviewed public dates and when certain things appeared to take place. It only makes sense that if Urban cannot remember certains things that happened on particular dates that his attornies would have advised him to plead the 5th at the Hearing. How can he be truthful about something he may have no recollection of or who else may have been involved at the time.

The 8k indicated Urban had continuing health issues on October 24th and IMO some of those health issues still exist today.

Cheers and I look forward to some CONSTRUCTIVE comments on this subject.
