wouldn't doubt it if Marios group of "CEOs" are just buddies who's names and cell numbers he's using. That might explain why Usi was so clueless when he started getting those calls when the PYCT PR came out.

Yep, I think you've got it. Mario seems to believe that if he names Mexicans as the CEOs of his companies the SEC won't go after them.
