Ok I understand so riddle me this how can the same MM ( VNDM ) who is not retail stay on the ask virtually all day and sustain multi million ask slaps after millions of ask slap and not move until they feel like it... it's EITHER SHORTS OR SOMEBODY SELLING SHARES!! I know what I'm talking about , because retail can't hide shares like VNDM does... so it may not be dilution by it sure is something, because this should already be .01+ with today supposedly being the last day to get in to get divy shares , something's not adding up
