You don't have to have professional experience to be educated.

What is that supposed to mean? Experience is an undeniably essential component of credibility, at least in the perspective of an objective reader. And I think you have it backwards- education is required in order to seek professional experience, pretty much by definition. Please cite DeCosta's demonstrated educational attainment as it specifically relates to geology and mining.

What I meant, Beth, is that you can have knowledge/education without professional experience. Just because one is not in the geological profession doesn't mean that one isn't well versed or educated.

In 4+ years I have yet to see one post on this board that attempts to refute what the Doc has to say from a technical standpoint. I venture a guess that it's because no one on this board save RD759 has the KNOWLEDGE that the Doc has.

I am a property manager by trade but I have massive amounts of knowledge and experience in back country skiing and avalanche safety. I have no paid professional experience as a back country ski guide but I'll put my knowledge and experience up against any paid guide.

You ask to cite his educational attainment. Do you think he woke up one day and this information was magically in his head or do you think he is making it all up? Again I know the man personally and I know how obsessed he is with this topic and I know how much time and effort he puts into educating himself. You do that kind of thing when you choose to invest in this sector for as long as the Doc has.

I'm not trying to get you or anyone else on this board to believe/trust what the Doc has to say because I could care less what you/they think. All I know is that he has educated me personally to a degree that I feel comfortable with this investment and the potential outcome.

Also, the Doc has far more hobbies than MDMN, not that that matters to you.

A few questions...

1) What specific knowledge of the jr. mining sector do you have?
2) What specific knowledge of geology do you have?
3) What specific knowledge of mining in Chile do you have?
4) What specific extraction education do you have?

...or does none of that matter to you with regards to this investment.
