You don't have to have professional experience to be educated.
What is that supposed to mean? Experience is an undeniably essential component of credibility, at least in the perspective of an objective reader. And I think you have it backwards- education is required in order to seek professional experience, pretty much by definition. Please cite DeCosta's demonstrated educational attainment as it specifically relates to geology and mining.
Of course if you knew the man personally you would realize that this statement is total B.S. but alas you don't so you ASSUME!!!
What possible relevance is "knowing the man"? I could care less, I am an investor, not a sorority pledge. DeCosta's overt obsessions consist of Medinah and naked short selling. If you have evidence of his demonstrated expertise with respect to extractive industries outside the scope of JJ and company, why by all means please share!
