OK.

addressing your concern:

Dendritic Vaccines stimulate the entire immune system -- not just antibodies. For instance, Dendritic cells express antigens/biomarkers to Killer T-Cells, Memory T-Cells, and antibody producing B cells (and other cells). They express these autologous tumor attributes better than any other immune cell.

With DCVAX-L, In some cases, the dendritic therapy has demonstrated complete remission.

In early human studies using a less potent version of DC-VAX Direct, careful reading of the Triozzi study demonstrated that 6 and possibly 7 out of 8 patients had more than 25% tumor regression in just 2-4 weeks (if memory serves). My reading of that document and other animal studies information leads me to believe that had the study gone forward for perhaps 3 months, probably all 8 patients would have been tumor free and arrived at complete immunity (but we were not given follow up data).

Animal studies demonstrate that 80-100% of various types of cancers in maurine subjects were also cured -- and get this -- they tried to give the mice the same cancer they gave them before, and they could not do it.

So, I hope that helps. This is dendritic therapy in a nutshell.
