We appear to be on the verge of many possible companys to spin-off from the AMBS tree. That sure would be a great way to uplist, for every two shares of AMBS held you get one share of X Y Or Z holding. That could really move the share price in a hurry too. Look at what happened to BMSN spinoff this week.
