I suspect a lot of the info (bad) is fed to him by the LONGS. One had been mentioning the 4 hour gigs "we" had. Plus Bill was requesting them to send screen shots of the "offensive" material.

Perhaps the lawyers time would be better spent figuring out how they might actually file an audit after all these years. In particular how they are going to handle that account that appears to be Panamanian nominee account - Capital Shield. And how they are going to handle Randy Hamdan's involvement with the company now that he is being litigated by the SEC for pump and dump on another stock. or control some of the talky talky coming out of the mouth of Bill on facebook.

Instead they are busy reading a bunch of opinions on a messageboard. How that helps the company I do not know.
