O.K., even if that does happen where will they stand will getting LP back? No where. They need money to get HL and assorted other ventures up and going too. They need money to get those things going not just talk. Your Buddy seems to finally be figuring that out now too. He claims they'll be dormant, but reality is they'll be cash-strapped and not able to function.

Their only out will be hoping that they can sucker someone into lending them some money and that will most likely end up like they are now.
