I was SERIOUSLY considering pulling the trigger and offloading all my shares on the 18th, but more so, the 19th as "Regen" shares was what
I saw as "potentially" more profitable and the potential down turn of BMSN.
If the "EX-DIVIDEND" has NOT been met, irregardless of the "record date", or become valid, i will NOT sell BMSN--according to my understanding of the SEC rules.
The above is my opinion, hood luck to all.
Others can do as they see fit.
