The only realistic way to play BIEL. Everytime the parade starts Andy and kin sell into it and the rain begins. For some unfounded reason I think it is going to stop - but it doesn't - if/when FDA approval comes he will have the os up to a astronomical level - if you have 25+ mil. at 000x you may realize a profit but otherwise the icing may be bittersweet.
