Ya know what bugs me,
people who keep blaming NSS as the problem and continually claim that others deny it exists; when instead it was all those people who tried for years to tell you it does exist, but had nothing to do with what was going on with your stocks.
Naked shorting only became an issue because the rules were changed allowing hedge funds to act as brokerages. Of course the much bigger problem was in removing the uptick rule.
Now, NONE of this has anything to do with CMKX, PCBM or any of the other stocks you so greedily bought and stories you bought into.
Years ago when Vinny was served with a subpoena to turn over records and some of you numbskull posters came to his rescue to prevent it from being served, which side were you on?
