Hello, I am a shareholder of Mind Solutions and I was wondering If you could help answer some of my questions regarding your micro EEG headset. In your last PR you referred to the headset as being "patented". When I asked on an online investing forum about this patent, I was provided with the following number: US20130035578 A1. The picture matches the one on your website, however on the patent application, it claims that the function of this device to "record a subject's EEG while he/she is listening to music." On your website, and in various press releases, it has been claimed that the function of this device was to control smartphones and tablets.
Is this the correct patent number or is there another number I may be directed to? Any response would be greatly appreciated. Also, has there been an offer received yet regarding an acquisition?

Hi,

A big emphasis with the EEG headset will be to analyze what excites the brain while listening to music, which should allow for reverse engineering of songs to create top hits. Though this is one of the directions we plan to go into, we will still have the ability to send simple commands via Bluetooth to the device.
