The SSRatio declined slightly Wednesday, but not enough to graphically appear as a downturn. Dropping only 0.02 to +2.17 favoring buying, the estimate of market risk remains low. If the SSRatio doesn't keep us from buying, the lack of stocks to pick from just might.

Only JCOM screened out of the turnaround scan and PRGS out of the breakout.
