Deal will definitely strengthen the balance sheet. I believe they will also proceed with Portugal as well as LP. My guess is that they will complete the ramp at LP. I don't expect any big increase in share prices for at least a year

Only way PTQ sp doesn't rise is if we don't get enough cash to cover our debt.IMO

We shall see..the wait is almost done.
