Blackcat if you read a few of my past posts over the last three or four days you will see that is exactly what I have been saying. So I agree with you 100%, this deal is getting done in California, which is 3 hours behind the east coast and the stock market opening and closing... so it stands to reason that they will finish it on CA time and then announce it Tuesday on EST time...
