He posted to me that the Ericy settlement was clouding my judgment with respect to my position on the #2 issue. He criticized me for having bigger expectations because I was looking at the huge amount of Ericy infrastructure and phone sales.

Next, he posts how in tune he is in the 3g networking arena. I asked him what to expect in 3g for IDCC. He posts back information on Ericy which shows a decline in infrastructure sales. I asked him what that meant in terms of IDCC regarding 3g infrastructure and terminals which uaually come out 3 to 6 months after the infrastructure. I also asked for heads up on expected rates.

You can see his reply which is typical of a no count blowhard.

This guy disappears for 2 years and comes in posting that he had the Ericy case wired all along. This guy is a CS from the word go.

I have no further business with him.
