First of all... How do you know that they were given time to respond

and not observed from afar then suspended when the filings and actions did not appear to match.

They investigate FIRST and then suspend and dont suspend and then investigate. The company was asked to provide proof of that they have claimed they have done, and given some time to respond. GLER failed provide enough proof to make their case, that is, if they even provided anything at all. Thats when the suspension kicked in.

For one, you are assuming that is what happened and not know the reason. The Order clearly stated the cause was the 10K otherwise why mention it at all. We know that HAWK was valued at zero at the time of the 10K yet thereafter their valuation improved through acquisition and financing. The bottom-line is that GLER is on the hoof not so much HAWK since it is still a private company.

The key what some here are missing is that GLER should the merger go through disappears once the merger takes place. So all the hubbub about GLER is for not. IMO - I wish GLER would go away today. But it is still needed and currently HAWK's ticket to going public. Who cares if GLER is fined... Harland's don't care that's for sure.

Now if clarification on the PR's are needed and the lawyers provide such and it some what clears up the situation and the merger is allowed to happened, which at this time no reason to not have it happen... By March 20 regardless of whether this goes to the grey sheet or stays on the OTC is yet to be seen. Frankly, it won't really matter if GLER goes grey... it will only be temporary since if the merger occurs, HAWK will have control and value, something that GLER does not have, will come into play.

Too many here are thumbing down GLER... and not taking into consideration HAWK is the key player here. If the merger does not go through, I would be the first to sell and get out since I do not care for GLER nor its management. I am only here because of what HAWK can bring in. So in short... WHO CARES ABOUT GLER!!! Not me.

The suspension is up until March 20th... The merger is supposed to occur on the 21st NLT... it could actually happen once GLER starts to trade again... they would have this time to finalize everything and could take advantage of the lull in action... highly advisable right now. Nothing says they can't.

The Closing Date shall be no later than March 21, 2014.

So again, this lull in the action is a blessing in disguise... I almost thought that the company planned this suspension since it coincided with the merger date... but it was just a pipe dream... LOL

Anyway... you have a great day... No matter what anyone says, it is not going to affect this one bit.... it is a done deal.
