However, we don't know everything yet...

dragon, the SEC probably knows everything and that is why the stock was suspended. They investigate FIRST and then suspend and dont suspend and then investigate. The company was asked to provide proof of that they have claimed they have done, and given some time to respond. GLER failed provide enough proof to make their case, that is, if they even provided anything at all. Thats when the suspension kicked in.

This is done folks, there is no coming back from this. I have been through this before myself. Just a painful learning experience. This the risk we take every time we put our money into penny stocks. To me, they are ALL scams, thats how everyone should view them and treat them. IN AND OUT is the name of the game. I know, easier said then done.

Learn from this and move on, there is $$$$$ to be made out there.
