It is hard to imagine that our current price level doesn't contemplate the probability that there are blue skies on the horizon. I believe that the average long stockholder is making his buy/sell decision with the thought that Tuesday will bring news of receipt of the NOK & SAMX money and that Wednesday will bring new coverage from PJ. The Japanese contracts could be icing on the cake, but, the spillwater question is: do we end up in arbitration again? If we go to arbitration,it doesn't really matter if we win, because, historically, we have given up the farm in order to claim victory. Our settlement (concession) history makes us the France of stocks

Although management only gets one chance a year to ask us for something for the poor box, and notwithstanding the fact that the vote is pretty much perfunctory, I can't imagine that they are going to show up at the ASM with their threadbare story of how they are increasing shareholder value, unless, for once, it's true.

The Indemnifier sounds more like a character on the WWF, than a multi-national company that should be being looked upon as the villain on a stock chat room.

Once again, I've shoved my chips out there, in the firm belief that management has an Ace to deal me. Luck be a lady, Monday night.

If you ain't laughing, you ain't living.
