does a co need -not want- but need a lawyer for a s-1 like they need an audit by an auditor. i c on companys s-1s they have opinion letters from auditors but not lawyers. i mean, i guess u want a lawyer, but are u required to have one? and can all accountants do audits?

and why do scam companys keep saying for 3 years they are going to do and s1 but never do, they keep changing attorneys and then announce a pr again saying they r going to do an s1, then change attorneys again and say they r going to do an s1. are they having problems with attorneys? i doubt it, i think the company is the common problem

and this is an otc stop sign-they cnt even get unaduited fins up on otc.
