I considered that as well. However, the PR states:

It is anticipated that shareholders of record shall receive one share of Regen Biopharma, Inc. for every 147 shares of BMSN.



"anticipated" means that the 1:147 is not set in stone. By no means do I think the company is pulling a fast one (and I don't think this will happen), but it doesn't discount the possibility that if it were diluted they could just change the Regen ratio to something like 1:200 (for example) to give 20,000,000 shares.

FWIW I'm optimistic about being in this one. Just wanted to raise this as a discussion point. Cheers!
