16:13 ET Whole Foods reports in line, guides below consensus (WFMI) 60.54 -1.23: Reports Q2 (Mar) earnings of $0.41 per share, in line with the Reuters Research consensus of $0.41; revenues rose 16.4% year/year to $725.1 mln vs the $729.8 mln consensus. Company sees Q3 EPS of $0.41-0.42 vs R.R. consensus of $0.43, for Y03, sees low end of $1.62-1.69, consensus estimate $1.68.

16:28 ET Whole Foods hammered on Q3 warning (WFMI) 60.60 -1.17: -- Update -- WFMI -6.00 vs the 4 pm ET close to 54.60
