A RS isn't most of the times not done because the float is too large, but because the PPS is too low, and that makes a stock harder to trade.

Don't you think that a price above 0.01 makes a stock like GERS look more serious? There aren't many people willing to invest there savings in a stock that trades the 0.0001 - 0.0009 region, only gold diggers.
