I don't see that happening. Things are looking up for GERS and no reason to do a R/S if the PPS is tracking upwards, like it is now. We could easily see multi-pennies with the right news. There are loads of stocks in the dollars with over a billion shares trading on the market. You are acting like there are tens of billions of shares in the float here, and that is simply not the case. We could even see green today.
