Don't be surprised if the out of the blue PR is a way to keep the PPS up a little before a Reverse Split hits GERS.

Since they wouldn't come out with a PR unless there is a settlement or a 'real' court decision, it would make you think there is a settlement on it's way.

It can't be a court ruling, since everybody would know it then, not just the company.

And if it would be a settlement, I think they would keep all the other news down until they really got a settlement.

That leaves the option that they might want to let us think something good is up. But Why? If it is just for diluting, they could have come out with some news before.
But since they told us they wouldn't bring news they might have chosen this moment very well.

So why the PR then, why now? What's so important about this moment?

We ALL know that if GERS keeps trading this low, unless the court case is over, they need to do a RS.
No stock can trade at 0.0001 - 0.0009 forever and still keep up the dilution.

As soon as the new share count comes out (it has been a while hasn't it) this thing might drop like a rock to zero bid.
Unless of course there is room for a drop.

And the only way to get room is a RS.

But meantime they want to give the PPS some air. Because every 0.0001 it moves now, can be just as much as it would move only once there was a RS.

Let's face it. For everybody is a RS 1:1000 way beter at 0.0006 then at 0.0001 isn't it?
